A Bridge Loan provides short-term financing for investors looking to purchase or refinance a property based on its current value. This loan does not include funds for renovations, repairs, or construction. If you need additional capital for improvements, a Fix & Flip or New Construction loan may be a better fit.
Bridge Loans are available for non-owner-occupied investment properties, including:

An established business entity (typically an LLC)
A clear exit strategy (how the loan will be repaid)
